Financial simplicity has two partnering programs; that of integrated service providers and market partners.

Integrated service providers

Integrated service providers are providers or services that form part of our customers managed portfolio services and individually managed portfolio products. Integrated service providers generally fall into one of the below service provider types:

• Execution stock brokers - to fulfill and execute trades on market exchanges
• Portfolio Administration Systems - to provide investors with comprehensive portfolio administration services including custody, reporting, handling of corporate actions, receipting of dividends, etc
• Research Providers - to provide our customers with up-to-date investment research to enable them to offer managed investment services

Financial simplicity often extends the value of our integrated service providers offering to the investments industry and for some has become a channel for additional sales. Market Partners

Financial simplicity works with market partners in defined geographies, both in Australia and overseas, to promote and take the financial simplicity capability to selected markets.

Market partner relationships can be developed on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis according to the chosen market partner business model.

Market partnerships include the following types:

• Value Added Software Resellers - Vendors of investment administration systems that are seeking to introduce a managed account 'module' that can be based on Financial Simplicity's technology to enable rapid module development and rapid time to service the growing demand for managed account solutions
• Value Added Platform Providers - Providers of investment and portfolio administration services that are seeking to either introduce a managed account or model portfolio function to their platform
